Britney sports another tragic outfit

This outfit might be cute on the right person but I just don't think it is working on Britney, here she is shopping at Fred Segal. She must be feeling better a day after visiting the Malibu emergency care center. Britney went to buy some Valentine presents for her low life husband on February 14, 2006.
