It takes your being able to support yourself in order to wear heels that high. And that shirt...is HAS to be a child's shirt. Maybe a size 6x? Those are not 3/4 length sleeves, they are too short because they were made for a child. And by looking at the front of the top it is very apparent is wasn't made for an 'adult'.
