'Queer Duck the Movie' is a (duh!) gay cartoon with animals as the characters. Main character Queer Duck is a male nurse while his significant other, Openly Gator is a waiter. All is super groovy with the couple until Queer Duck meets Lola Buzzard. Lola is an old bird who used to be a Broadway diva in her day. She takes an instant liking to him and begs him to marry her. Queer Duck is then faced with the situation of questioning his sexual orientation.Queer Duck goes to a company called 'Homo No Mo' to try and turn him straight. They subject him to a clockwork orange type shock therapy treatment that failed. In fact, Queer Duck almost enjoyed it.
Then Lola sends him to Reverend Vandergelding to see if he can turn him into a regular old straight, beer drinking, farting dude. The Reverend whips up a special concoction in the blender that is sure to work with ingredients like these;
"A can of Bud,The blended drink 'cures' Queer Duck of his homosexuality and he marries Lola Buzzard. He startes dressing in Harley Davidson shirts, drinking whisky and talking differently.
Stallions blood,
Cologne from an Italian stud.
Fibers from Hugh Hefner's robe,
A photo of a homophobe.
Burt Reynolds old toupee,
and soon this duck will not be gay!"
But will Queer Duck stay straight and married to Lola or will he come to terms with the fact that he is really gay and get back with his true love Openly Gator? I'll leave the ending for you to find out.But let me tell you this, the end is SO GAY!
Special guest stars include Conan O'Brien, Tim Curry, Bruce Vilanch, and David Duchovny as "Tiny Jesus". And there are many celebrity cameos (voices by impersonators) as well.
