Jimmy Buffett had pills (reportedly Ecstasy) seized from his luggage in France this week when he flew into an airport on a rented private jet. He was detained, but not arrested. After paying a less than $400 fine he went on his merry way. Buffet's rep is saying that they were 'prescribed'/ Local press in France is calling BS on that. Also they say he had more than 100 pills on him, while Buffett's rep says less than 20.


Sienna Miller pissed off Pittsburgh.
In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine she dubbed the city, 'Shittsburgh'. She's been there shooting a screen adaptation of the book "The Mysteries of Pittsburgh." She goes on to say, "C
an you believe this is my life? Will you pity me when you're back in your funky New York apartment and I'm still in Pittsburgh? I need to get more glamorous films and stop with my indie year." Pity her? She's kidding, right?



Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard welcomed a baby girl into the world on Tuesday. A representative for Maggie says, "Mom, dad and baby are healthy and happy." Maggie & Peter are engaged. It will be the first marriage for both.





Eva Longoria was sent to the hospital after a fall on the set of Desperate Housewives. Eva's rep, Liza Anderson told press, told the Associated Press. "Eva slipped on one of the stairs coming out of her trailer. Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised." Longoria will not need to take any time off from filming.




70-year old fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent collapsed in the street in Paris earlier today. Medics arrived quickly and ushered him to the hospital. A spokesperson for Laurent says he is doing fine and is at home now recovering. "Monsieur Yves Saint Laurent is very well, very very well. He slipped in the street. It was a hard fall but just a simple, common, ordinary accident that could happen to anyone," said the spokesman. Rumors of health problems, depression and drug & alcohol abuse have circled the famed designer over the past few years.
