Movie Review: Windy City Heat

This is one hysterical movie.

What I love about 'Windy City Heat' is that it is different than most any other movie ever made. This movie is truly comedic genius.
If you like to laugh and are one for practical jokes, you won't want to miss this.
'Windy City Heat' is a true story, more of a documentary, say. A real life practical joke played on a real guy. And it's real funny.
Have you ever watched 'The Truman Show' with Jim Carey? For those who have not, it is about a man who was born into a 'reality show' and everyone was in on the joke except for him. His life as he knew it was all fabricated. Windy City Heat is along that same line..except this is reality.

Perry Karavello has been in Hollywood for twenty years, and never landed that big role. Until now. His friends along with hundreds of others have arranged a huge practical joke on Perry. Perry thinks he has landed the lead role in an action flick called, of course, 'Windy City Heat'. Perry will play the lead, Stone Fury. His two friends of many years, Tony Barbieri (who plays 'Mole') and Don Barris (who plays Big Lou) will have supporting roles.
Now, Perry is not the sharpest crayon in the box. He's a strange, trollish guy and kind of creepy in fact. He screams and throws tantrums when he has had it with his friends fucking with him. Which they do. Often. He loves his hat and black leather jacket. He has hair of Gallagher. This guy is an easy target.
Watch as Perry films fake scenes, attends fake awards shows, and on the Special Features portion of the DVD, as he watches 'Windy City Heat' for the first time.

Bobcat Goldthwait, Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Corolla, Dane Cook, Carson Daly and Lisa Kushell all make cameos.
